Using the club

The club is intended for adults participating in a professional community. Provide accurate information, protect your account and use only business names and content you are entitled to represent or share. You are responsible for activity through your account.

Your content

You retain rights you hold in your content. By submitting it, you permit AGM to store, display, format and moderate it as needed to operate the features you use. Respect the intellectual property, privacy and confidentiality rights of others.

Company listings

You must own or be authorized to represent a company you submit. Listings require AGM review and approval. Edits may return a listing to review. AGM may decline, unpublish or withdraw a listing. The review badge has the limited meaning described on the Business Review page and is not a guarantee, certification or endorsement.

Community conduct

Follow the Community Standards. Do not engage in harassment, fraud, impersonation, spam, illegal activity, unauthorized data collection or attempts to compromise the site. AGM may moderate content or restrict accounts to maintain the service and protect its members.

Independent business decisions

Members and listed businesses act independently. AGM does not guarantee their identity, services, accuracy or performance. Assess business opportunities yourself and agree terms directly with the relevant party. The club does not provide legal, financial or other regulated professional advice.

Service availability

Features may change or be temporarily unavailable. Information may contain errors. The club is provided without a promise of uninterrupted availability or particular business results. Nothing in these terms limits rights or obligations that cannot be limited under applicable law.
