Information you provide

Member accounts use registration and profile information, including your name, nickname, email address and account credentials. The community stores content you submit, such as posts, comments, messages, group participation and uploaded media. Business submissions include company details, an optional public logo and phone number, a private business contact email and your relationship to the company.

What is visible

Member profiles, community content and approved business listings may be publicly visible depending on the feature and its privacy settings. Approved business listings identify their member representative. The business email submitted for review is kept out of the public company directory. Private messages and restricted-group content are intended for their participants; authorized administrators and service providers may access stored data when needed to operate, secure or support the service.

How information is used

We use information to operate accounts, provide community features, review business submissions, communicate about accounts and applications, respond to questions, moderate content and protect the site against abuse.

Cookies and technical information

WordPress and community features use cookies for sign-in, account sessions, preferences and related functionality. Security and hosting systems may process IP addresses, browser information and activity logs. Embedded content, external websites and connected third-party features may process information under their own policies when used. Disabling cookies may prevent some account functions from working.

Service providers

Hosting, email delivery, site software and security providers may process information to provide their services. We may also disclose information when required by applicable law or reasonably necessary to protect the site, members or others.

Retention and account controls

Information is retained as needed for site operation, account management, security, records and applicable obligations. Members can review available profile, notification and privacy controls in their account settings. Contact AGM to request access, correction or deletion. Some records may remain in backups or where retention is necessary. Deleting an account may not automatically remove every message or contribution already shared with others.

Use care when sharing

Do not publish sensitive personal information or confidential documents. No online service can guarantee absolute security. This club is intended for adults participating in a professional community.
