Business review

A clearer picture of the business behind the profile.

Understand what an AGM-reviewed listing means, how applications are assessed and what happens when details change.

1. Submit accurate details

A signed-in member provides a company name, industry, location, website if available, business description, private contact email and their relationship to the company. The member confirms that they own or are authorized to represent it.

2. AGM reviews the submission

A site administrator checks the submitted details and available business information. AGM may contact the member through the supplied email for clarification or evidence of their authority to represent the business. There is no guaranteed approval time.

3. Approved listings become public

A listing appears only after a site administrator records the review and publishes it. It includes the business details and a link to the representative’s member profile. The private business email is not displayed.

4. Changes are reviewed again

Representatives can edit their own companies from My Business. Edits return the listing to review and temporarily remove it from the directory. AGM can withhold or withdraw a listing if information is incomplete, inaccurate or inconsistent with community standards.

What the badge means: AGM reviewed the submitted business details and representative claim. It is not a government verification, legal certification, background check, quality guarantee or endorsement. Members should independently assess any business before working with it.

Report a concern

If a listing appears inaccurate or someone is representing a business without authorization, contact AGM. Do not publish private documents or personal accusations in the community.
